To ensure safe delivery of your invitations, have your return address written or printed on the flap of the outer envelope. In this way any invitations with incorrect or undeliverable addresses will be returned to you.
A.
Fold the invitation along the score lines, if needed. If invitation is a flat card, no folding is necessary. |
B.
Place tissue over invitation lettering. |
C.
Insert invitation into inner, ungummed envelope, if there are no enclosure cards. |
D.
Enclosure cards (such as reception, respond and map cards) should lay on top of the tissue face up and are inserted into the inner envelope. |
E.
Address ungummed inside envelope with name only and insert in outer envelope. The name on the inner envelope should face the back of the outer envelope. |

| WHEN TO MAIL |
